The location was marvellous, minutes from Brussels City Hall. The central station was walk from the hotel, it was a bonus. Incredibly nice staff members provided a few recommendations. Greatly enjoyed staying at the double room for a shower in the bathtub.

The service offered was exceptional. The restaurant here was nice for included breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes. Its location was central, within walking distance of a privately held museum.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us and even securing train tickets for us. The views from the room were breathtaking, offering a wonderful view of the city. the complimentary breakfast in a historic restaurant across from the hotel was a great way to start the day.

We encountered some issues with the power, as it randomly switched off a few times during our stay. This seemed to affect the lift, which only worked sporadically.

Excellent location. I only slept there. Very convenient, close to station, metro, shopping, attractions. The breakfast was good. The restaurant has a beautiful view on the Grand Place. I will definitely stay there again, but will ask for a room with a view!! It will be worth it!

Really enjoyed a wonderful stay with great and stunning location right on the market square and a breakfast included. The staffs were exceptional and the service was exceptional. The coffee, croissants and chocolate in the café were much appreciated.

As party people, we loved the fantastic location right in the heart of one of the most beautiful parts of Brussels. The hotel is attached to a highly recommended restroom and offers comfortable beds.

Everything was excellent, the location, staff, all the service, but my room was at the back with window facing the small space with some pipes at the bottom of the space. The reception has immediately adjusted the price of the room to my full satisfaction.

Loved the included breakfast, it was delicious and a great start to the day. The service was top-notch, the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but still comfortable enough for a short stay. The shower door was a bit short, so water would splash out sometimes.

it was a fabulous and beautiful hotel in a lively area, near less than 5 minutes to central train station, the taxi which was 5 minutes away in another area and the centre of grand palace. comforts of new-fashioned double room with the view were fabulous. we had central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in the room.
